Our Lake & Ocean maps will have up to 8 levels of relief. The Ski maps will have up to 4 layers and the Golf maps maps will have up to 3. The number of layers depends on the body of water and its shape.

You can personalize your map when you place your order. will also be emailed a proof and will have an opportunity to make changes or additions.

Next to the "View Proof" button you will see: Can't Find Your Map click here. You will then be able enter the specifics of the map you would like to purchase. From there you will be able to select your map size, frame and complete your order.

One of our cartographers will design your map and work with you to finalize the proof for your review.

For Vintage Signs, please contact us as soon as possible as production is started quickly.

For 3D Maps, we will email you a proof and you will have the opportunity to add or change anything prior to production.

When you choose a vintage sign, each one you select will have lines that can be customized. Those lines are shown when ordering your sign. Only those lines can be changed.

For 3D Maps you will be emailed a proof prior to production and will have the opportunity to make changes.

For vintage signs, you will not see a proof.

Sometimes islands are simply too small to cut as a separate layer. Therefore, it is simply laser engraved in the water.

Yes, you can add them when ordering and also during the proofing/design process.

All of our products are made to order just for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

In the extremely rare event your product is damaged during the delivery process, we've got you covered! All you have to do is contact us with a photo of the item and its packaging and we will take care of the rest.

*Any damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
